The exact path depends on the use case, but the operating principle is the same throughout: ship something real early, then harden it — capability earns its way to full rollout through measurable gates, not a calendar.
How does NewGenApps handle data security and confidentiality?
We work under NDA, scope data access to only what an engagement requires, and build on enterprise-grade AI platforms — including Claude Code and AWS (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker), where API data is not used to train models by default. Security and confidentiality terms are agreed in writing before any data is shared — raise your specific requirements in the first working session.
Is NewGenApps an official Anthropic partner?
Our engineering depth is agentic delivery — we build with Claude Code and a library of custom skills, the agent-driven workflow that lets a small senior team ship and verify production AI fast. Beyond that, we stay model-flexible by design: AWS, NVIDIA-accelerated compute, and Anthropic's models are among the tools we currently reach for on a given engagement, chosen for fit to the problem rather than a fixed stack, so clients are never locked into one vendor. We are actively building toward formal Anthropic partner credentials. To be precise and honest: we do not currently claim official Anthropic partner status, and we will say so plainly until that designation is formally in place.

Newgen Software Technologies Ltd (newgensoft.com) is a separate, unaffiliated company — a large NSE/BSE-listed enterprise software vendor based in New Delhi that builds ECM, BPM, and CCM low-code platforms, including its NewgenONE product.
