How we handle your information.
In short: this site collects what you choose to send us through a form, plus basic technical and usage data. We use it to reply to you, to run the business relationship you start, and to keep the site working and improving. We do not sell it.
Who we are
NewGenApps (New Generation Applications Pvt Ltd), Lucknow, India and New York, USA. The official site is newgenapps.com. Questions about this page, or requests about your data, go to [email protected].
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a contact form (the one on the homepage and the one on /contact/) we receive your name and email address, and the phone number, company and message if you add them. We also record the page you sent it from.
- Technical details of that request. With every form submission our server records your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the country it appears to come from, and stores them with the enquiry.
- Bookings. The booking link on /book/ opens a Google Calendar appointment page. Google processes what you enter there under Google's own terms and privacy policy; we receive the name, email address and time of the booking.
- Usage data. We use Statsig for website analytics and session replay, and Cloudflare for hosting, security and basic traffic analytics. These record how pages are used (for example page views, clicks and scrolling) and may keep an anonymous identifier in your browser. The Statsig script is delivered by the jsDelivr content-delivery network, which sees your IP address when it serves the file. Session replay records on-screen activity and can include text typed into form fields unless it is masked.
- Images on older articles. Many older blog articles, the blog listing pages and a few other pages load their pictures from other hosts (mainly HubSpot's content network). Those hosts receive your IP address and browser details when the image loads.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to schedule and run the conversation you asked for.
- To keep a record of the enquiry and of our dealings with you, which may include a contact record in our CRM (HubSpot).
- To send you an automatic acknowledgement and to notify us internally that your message arrived (both sent through Brevo, when those services are switched on).
- To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to measure and improve it.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job described: Cloudflare (hosting, the database that stores form submissions, security, traffic analytics), Brevo (sends the acknowledgement and our internal notification emails), Google (Workspace email and Calendar booking pages), HubSpot (CRM records) and Statsig (analytics and session replay). They process data on our behalf and under their own terms; some of them operate in other countries, so your information may be processed outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful to answer you and to keep a record of our dealings with you. You can ask us to delete or correct what we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will confirm when it is done.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: [email protected].
- Limit analytics: use your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker; the site works without the analytics scripts.
- Prefer not to use a form? Email us directly.
Google account data used by our internal tools
NewGenApps runs internal automation, such as sorting and drafting email and managing calendars, that connects to Google accounts belonging to NewGenApps and its team, using Google's own authorisation: OAuth consent for individual accounts, and administrator-granted delegation for company Workspace accounts. That access covers only those accounts. It is not offered to visitors or customers, and we do not sell that data, use it for advertising or share it outside NewGenApps except with the providers needed to run the tools.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this page
We will update this page when what we collect or how we use it changes. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
